Fauls Singers in Concert The Fauls Singers have kindly agreed to perform for us again on Saturday 29th July in Church from 7 to 9 pm. Sparkling Strawberry Tea
Sparkling Strawberry Tea We’ll be holding another Sparkling Strawberry Tea on Sunday 23rd July from 3 to 5 pm at Hurst Hall, Marbury, by kind invitation of Sue & Richard Evans. You’ll enjoy home-made scones, fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and cream, served with a glass of sparkling wine or soft drink, and tea and coffee will also be available. It’ll be a lovely opportunity for everyone from Marbury and the surrounding area to get together in beautiful surroundings on a summer…
Marbury Merry Days
Marbury Merry Days The next MMD meeting will be in the Village Hall on Friday 7th July, starting at 7.30 pm. The full results of a wonderful and very successful Merry Days will be announced then so please make a diary date to come if you can. Also at that meeting we’ll review activities this year and start to give some thought to next year. If you have any suggestions for a main ring event they would be gratefully received!
Marbury PCC Coffee Morning
PCC Coffee Morning The PCC will be holding a summer Coffee Morning at the Civic Centre on Friday 7th July from 9.30 to 12 noon. Please come along and join us – we’ll be having a raffle, tombola and bric-a-brac stall, as well as serving delicious coffee, tea and biscuits ! Biker Service at Tushingham
On Sunday April 30th we celebrated a Biker Service at Tushingham, followed by refreshments at Marbury, courtesy of Nigel. The photos were all taken at Marbury. The service was led by Biker Church Warrington, Biker Church is part of CMA Christian Motorcyclists Association. They travel far and wide to share their ministry of the good news of the Gospel! Rogation Sunday
This Sunday the Church celebrates Rogation Sunday where we celebrate God’s wonderful creation and remind ourselves how much we depend on our farmers for our food. Please help celebrate this wonderful agricultural based community service at Dave and Beryl Evans’ farm at Little Green. Bring a picnic too!
