Marbury Annual Parish Council Meeting
The Vestry Meeting and APCM which are normally held in April were postponed this year for obvious reasons. We are now required to hold the meetings before the end of October, and those for St. Michael’s will be held in Church on Wednesday 7th October.
The Vestry Meeting will start at 7.30 pm. Everyone whose name is entered on the Government electoral roll for the Parish is most welcome, and the main business of this is to appoint two Churchwardens for the coming year.
Everyone present is entitled to vote.
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will immediately follow (at about 7.40 pm) – and although again everyone is welcome to attend, only those who are on the Electoral Roll of St. Michaels may vote on matters discussed. At this meeting the Accounts for the year to 31st December 2019 will be presented and recommended for adoption, various reports are given, and nominations for the Deanery Synod representatives and three vacancies on the PCC are voted upon.
If you would like to attend it would be very helpful if you could let me
know in advance as space is limited due to social distancing measures.
