Planning Appeal

Important Message from Marbury and District Parish Council

You may or may not be aware that an appeal has been lodged against the decision by Cheshire East Council to refuse planning permission for a dwelling in the open field next to the Swan in the centre of Marbury.  The appeal will be decided by written evidence and a site visit by an inspector from the Planning Inspectorate.

The application and the associated appeal statement can be viewed on Cheshire East’s Planning pages here by entering the planning reference 19/1230N.  You will also be able to view the Parish Council’s previous comments and those of residents and the details of the proposed plans.
